Important: Returns that are sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@carsine.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate new order.
